Their ‘Sweet Studio’ combines modern techniques with classical expertise in a space where cake takes centre stage.
Choose from individual or larger cakes in flavour combinations such as raspberry, champagne, lychee and white chocolate or dark chocolate, pear and hazelnut. Or join them for a cake consultation at the flavour wall and allow them to bring your fantasy cake into reality.
The open kitchen (drenched in pink Willa Wonka lights) offers a wonderful peek into the world of these two talented guys and their team.
Every time I visit there are new things to see, to taste and to photograph – hence the slide shows below. And photos do a much better job than mere words!
