Hi Allan
Just read Vy from Morning Glory, Hoi An, Vietman is coming to the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. Her food is modern Vietnamese street food and more. We ate every meal we could at Morning Glory with extra snacks between. And undertook a hands-on cooking class. An experience not to be missed

Have made your Banana Muffins from In the Kitchen many times, and am now keen to try your variation:) I’m hoping ‘top’n'fill’ is much the same as the more hard to find dulce de leche as I really want to give this version a go.

Hi Allan, You should Check out LAMANNA DIRECT in Essendon Fields- A real foodies place to shop! We love shopping there! They have so many different products, the fruit & veg are all Australian (nothing is imported) and I think that is so important! The cakes and pastries are amazing and the meat is to die for! Would love to see what you think! Carla
