Hi Allan – love ‘The Melbourne Foodie’ – great articles, gorgeous photos and as always, you know the very latest about what’s happening around Melbourne’s food world. Look forward to seeing more. All the best, Pauline

    Hi Allan

Just read Vy from Morning Glory, Hoi An, Vietman is coming to the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. Her food is modern Vietnamese street food and more. We ate every meal we could at Morning Glory with extra snacks between. And undertook a hands-on cooking class. An experience not to be missed

Have made your Banana Muffins from In the Kitchen many times, and am now keen to try your variation:) I’m hoping ‘top’n'fill’ is much the same as the more hard to find dulce de leche as I really want to give this version a go.

Hi Allan, You should Check out LAMANNA DIRECT in Essendon Fields- A real foodies place to shop! We love shopping there! They have so many different products, the fruit & veg are all Australian (nothing is imported) and I think that is so important! The cakes and pastries are amazing and the meat is to die for! Would love to see what you think! Carla

Hello Allan, for our office biggest morning tea fund raiser I made your lemon rhubarb cake and it was an absolute triumph – you are so right about the acidy fruit – many many thanks
